Day 5

ok Sugar police here is my menu for today…. 😉
Breakfast….. coffee, white NO SUGAR plus 2 toast, butter and vegemite
Snack….strawberries and a banana
Lunch…..rice and prawns, a peach
Dinner to be salad..lettuce/tomatoe/peppers/cheese/fresh herbs/olives
trying to drink at least a litre of water a day…so far 1/4 so have to speed up

….our water here at the house, when we first moved in, was a tantalising brown, so we started buying water to drink, since then the filters have been changed and the tank emptied, scrubbed and re filled.

Tho still buying water to drink, and its nice and chilled in the fridge.

oh yes and I think the vanilla works, unless its my mind, well I suppose it is actually my mind lol

And the more often you sniff these aromas, the more weight you’ll lose, says Alan Hirsch, M.D., neurological director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago. Stash some vanilla-scented candles in your snack drawer or cupboards. And if you tend to eat when stressed, hold your left nostril closed and sniff through the right one to activate the side of your brain where emotions are processed. It could help reduce your anxiety and your appetite.

    Good – write down everything you eat, even if you have been naughty as it lets you read back what you have been consuming and be truthful : )
    Even down to the sauces/dressings /mayonnaise you may use as they are full of – bad, bad wait for it “SUGAR” ….
    You are doing well – just keep going – NO SUGAR

    Right with you Lorraine – writing down what is eat is so important, otherwise the day can fly by and you realise ..OMG what have I done. GOOD NEWS on the sugar quest..I’m off to sniff some vanilla 🙂 KEEP IT GOING GIRL!
