…yesterday was a great day, oats for breakfast, healthy lunch of salad, bbq sweet potatoe slices and haloumi cheese, olives peppers and bread @ sugar police’s home, then chicken stir fry for dinner with fresh veg [celery/onion/bok choy/garlic/mushroom/peppers]…snacks were 3 kiwi fruit and fresh cherries 🙂
..this morning I made up some home made Muesli..yes I did!!!…..and really enjoyed it, look in recipes for the concoction….thanx sugar policewoman extraordinaire for your words of wisdom and encouragement xx
snacked on more fresh cherries
and lunch was a grilled chicken sausage and salad
I think I will do another wee stir fry for my dinner, hadn’t made one for a while and really enjoyed it
so a run down on some added foods to my eating plan [hate saying the dirty word DIET]

love fruit always have, was lucky growing up in suburbia but near a property with apple/peach/pear/plum/feijoa trees that were left to rot so of course my girlfriend and I were always over there “borrowing” the fruit he he he
