20/21/22 days

yes I know, should have blogged, but really had run out of words…yes me “miss chatterbox”
 ….so the past 3 days have been fine, no stuffing of faces, no heading to GM’s chocolate stash, no sudden wild urges to eat all unhealthy food items in a 1 km radious……so I say yaheeee “good girl” 😉
 …and its the truth, and you know what else I think, its having to be more publically responsible and aware of myself, my eating habits and having the monumental courage to go through with this journey and face myself everyday and write it down for all the world to see!!!! wow thats good for a sunday afternoon lol
 but its all the truth and sometimes..YES…the truth hurts and its not what we want to hear, not what we want to admit to, but in reality its the best thing for us!!! 🙂

the previous 2 days I had muesli for breckie, snacked on rice crackers, had a ham toasted sandwich for lunch, stir fry for dinner with lots of fresh veg, poached eggs, and some homemade pasta and prawns.

breakfast….2 toast with peanut butter/coffee
 lunch….1 toasted sandwich with tomatoe/cheese/ham
 snacks….rice crackers/2bananas
dinner….stir fry with prawn/celery/onion/pepper/mushrooms/baby corn/garlic/peas/beans

and no cravings for anything sugary, still  out of my tea and coffee, also keeping an eye on fat intake, we use olive oil mainly, and small amounts of butter…totally avoid margarine its poison!!

    The public eye is keeping an eye on you 😉 so don’t go disappearing of the face of the earth otherwise we will be wondering hmm no blog what’s happened to the girl! 🙂 Writing down still -wonderful…not sure of the peanut butter on toast – how about cooked or fresh tomato, or tuna in brine? Hmm 1 banana not 2? fruit still has natural sugars etc…but bananas are a good pick me up especially with the afternoon hunger pangs. Good girl – keep going( yes don’t shake your head) I know you’re not stopping and I’m being painful …we won’t let you stop anyhow 🙂 x
