Day 7 and 8

sorry folks yesterday became a blur…but food consumption wise it was good
breakfast…. carrot juice/kiwi fruit
snack….. peach/coffee
lunch…..noodles and prawns/mushrooms
snack…..water/banana
dinner….salad with tomatoe/red onion/cheese/olives/2 slices of bread
snack….fruit

….today has been slightly less humid…thank you!!!

….the heat does get to me, I feel like a big slimy wet whale wallowing in my sticky clothes, so spent a few spot moments in front of the fan trying to cool off….in between vacuuming and washing the ever dirty white tiles…thank goodness we don’t have any children at home, or dogs for that matter, I would be ripping out my hair!!!

…tho “Missy” aka dumpy ginger cat…. who does what she pleases in her own time!!!!    does seem to shred enough hair to weave a couple of wigs, last winter up here on the mountain I was eyeing up her glorious fur for a new pair of slippers while we were freezing our way thro our first cold blast.

…so today for me has been a good day, thats a day where I am not walking past the fridge imagining all the xmas goodies that are sitting on those shelves calling out  ” BITE ME”  lol

my appetite has really been in check, I am thinking the smaller grazing is really better for me to keep the blood sugars level, and not have this sudden urge to attack anything in my vicinity with a knife and fork!

fatlady….one thing I have learnt over the years never ever never go food shopping if you haven’t had a full healthy breakfast/lunch, it is fatal…turns  you into a screaming viking wild woman that could devour that whole plate of sample nibbles the demonstration woman is waving at you, and then leap over her  stall and attack the ones frying in the pan!!!  not a good sight?!?!?!

today’s food munching consisted of

breakfast…carrot juice/2 slices of toast/coffee
snack…banana/water
lunch…rye bread/smoked salmon/small salad/water
snack…3 small dolmades [vineleaves stuffed with rice]
dinner..rice and prawns/tomatoes/mushrooms
snack…carrot juice [fresh]

I love the way you write, so down to earth and with a touch of sarcasm, but always humour. Leaping across to attack the fry pan – you are a gem. Still going well I see, excellent news.

Well your catchy name caught my attention on my likes notifications so I thought I’d come over and pay you a visit. I love a good sense of humor and you have one…good for you. When you mentioned living on the edge of the bush, I wondered if you live in Australia. It’s hot and humid where I live too…sunny Florida in the U.S. Our Christmas day will be about 80 degrees F. Whew! Thanks for the visits!
